Do I need to schedule an appointment?

No. Walk-in patients are welcome during our clinic hours. If you prefer, you may also contact our clinic for additional information before visiting.

When should I visit an emergency department instead?

If you are experiencing severe chest pain, difficulty breathing, signs of a stroke, uncontrolled bleeding, or any other life-threatening medical emergency, call 911 or visit your nearest emergency department immediately.

Can children receive urgent care at the clinic?

Yes. We welcome patients of all ages and provide medical care for children, adults, and seniors with non-emergency medical concerns.

Are OHIP-covered services available?

Yes. Eligible patients can receive OHIP-covered medical services. If a service is not covered, our team will explain any applicable fees before treatment.
